Our MICOR infrared spot operates with short-wave infrared radiation and thus ensures high-quality, permanent drying within seconds – wherever heat is needed at the spot.

Our customised infrared spot solutions are as diverse as the applications and fields of use: We supply custom-designed spots that are tailored to meet your specific production requirements, sustainably accelerate your work processes and effectively reduce your energy consumption.

MICOR infrared spot: Outstanding intensity for the very best drying results

Our MICOR infrared spots cover a temperature range of 25 – 1,350°C and can be controlled with highest degree of precision and any without loss of time. Full power is available to you in less than a second.

Depending on the material, application and surface, we define the specific heat requirement of your products and thus ensure an optimally targeted drying result.

The gold-coated reflectors of our MICOR infrared spots bundle the radiation (emission maximum 1.0μm) up to 98% on one focal point, thus minimising potential heat loss, provide a particularly high level of performance and are also energy efficient.

Benefits of MICOR infrared spots

  • Superior drying speeds through maximum heat transfer
  • Loss-free heat supply and high energy efficiency thanks to gold reflectors
  • Extremely short response times due to full performance in under one second
  • Precise heating due to exact focal line
  • Tailored to specific requirements through infinitely variable regulation of the infrared tube emitters
  • Maximum product quality through homogeneous infrared and uniform drying
