MICOR infrared tunnel dryers: Highly effective 360° radiation
Our IR tunnel dryers are used for industrial coating and drying of three-dimensional continuous products. These include, for example, plastic profiles after extrusion, cables, hoses, rubber and strip or thread-like materials.
Due to their special design and highly optimized reflector geometry, our infrared tunnel dryers provide 360° radiation of the material surface, ensuring optimal heating and drying results. In addition, the gold-coated reflectors focus the radiation so precisely that we achieve optimal reflection properties for shortwave infrared light.
With extremely fast response times, full power is available in less than a second.
